Job description

Job Title: Sales Lead for Medical Channels (Pharmacy/Hospital)

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for sales activities in the assigned territory to meet business objectives and achieve sales goals.
  2. Plan and execute sales activities and manage key accounts.
  3. Perform product demonstrations, presentations, and product training for multiple stakeholders.
  4. Cover pharmacy chains and hospital sales, focusing on consumer healthcare, OTC, and ethical drugs such as dermatology and respiratory portfolios.
  5. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team nationwide.

Qualifications:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in life sciences (preferably).
  2. Possesses sales knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry and relevant medical sales channel experience.
  3. Ability to work independently, solve problems, and have strong communication skills.
  4. Must be able to travel around Malaysia.
