Team Introduction
- Manage and develop key accounts within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, ensuring growth and long-term partnerships.
- Create and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the FMCG industry.
- Negotiate price and marketing supports with key clients, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at client companies, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., campaign, marketing) to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and sales performance to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Regularly report on account performance, market insights, and competitive landscape to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, E-Commerce, Business, Marketing, or Entrepreneurship.
- More than 3 years of experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in an e-commerce or tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication skills to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Language: English (Mandatory) + Chinese (Written + Spoken).
