Job description
We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager for one of the leading MNC players in the FMCG space. This position requires your urgent attention.
  • Reporting to: SKAM
  • Location: Subang Jaya
  • Team size: Variable

The Role
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships: Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives within assigned retail channels.
  • Lead with collaborative expertise: Cultivate and leverage strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencing purchasing decisions and driving brand visibility.
  • Shape a winning vision: Craft and execute comprehensive annual business plans encompassing marketing, promotions, and distribution strategies to maximize brand presence and achieve sustainable growth.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide insightful sales forecasting to capitalize on emerging opportunities within the dynamic FMCG landscape.

The Experience
  • Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 3 years in key account management.
  • Experience managing international key accounts (hyper/super/CVS) is essential.
  • Proactive and growth-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
