Then you could be our new Key Account Manager for our Energy & Infrastructure business
Lead E&I segment growth by driving high revenue, working closely with business development, specification and other functions
Directly manage large strategic accounts and enhance business relationship with existing customers
Monitor and achieve assigned annual sales target and Gross margin %.
Develop new market opportunities for Hempel in the Energy and Infrastructure segment.
Develop strong relationships with industry influencers and important stakeholders in driving and penetrating specifications and business development efforts.
Degree in Engineering / Chemistry / Sales Management or experience-equivalent
4-6 years working experience, preferably with proven sales B2B record in the construction fire protection industry
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong negotiation skills
At least 4-6 years in the building construction related industry, e.g., a materials-related position in one of the major owners/engineering companies, together with a sound business acumen, and/or a key account management position, working for an international supplier of technical solutions to the construction industry
Should have worked with cross-functional teams and been able to drive results
