Assists in developing short and long term strategy for external referral business in line with the key business objectives.
Works closely with RBC operations to ensure customers’ requirements are delivered timely.
Provides market survey & identify areas for market penetration.
Explores, evaluates customer needs and identifies new opportunities for business growth and development for Laboratory services.
Works with customers in establishing & renewing Service Agreements with external Referral Customers.
Responsible for the maintenance of good customer rapport.
Ensures that new business proposals/projects are implemented in the most effective manner.
Participates in hospital marketing activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, CME, etc. to achieve planned objectives & targets.
Responsible for the timely and accurate submission of monthly marketing reports or any other reports as required from time to time.
Communicates the Service Updates & promotional programmes with RBC Customers.
Monitors customer feedback and continue to improve services rendered by Reference Business Centre.
Assists in costing, packaging and pricing of services to improve service utilization and profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.
Assists in developing business development strategies to promote targeted ancillary services in the local market as well as in the International market.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Science, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 5 years experience in Healthcare industry.
