Job description

You will be responsible for the sales development of a portfolio of existing corporate customers while maintaining strong and durable relationships.
You will be asked to develop and increase sales of your existing portfolio and will be in charge of the implementation of newly won customers.

  • Visiting accounts at a frequency agreed by the line manager to ensure a good trading relationship with customers.
  • Increasing the spend by product penetration, defining new opportunities/projects, and managing the margin within the appointed customer portfolio.
  • Bringing the customer spend to 100% of contractual compliance.
  • Analyzing and preparing customer account consumption reports, presenting the account development plan to the customer.
  • Working closely with the operation team (marketing, customer service, logistics, and finance) to deliver Lyreco service levels to customers.
  • You will be in charge of and ensure end-to-end implementation of newly won customers (from account creation to user training) is done successfully.
  • Retaining the appointed customer's portfolio via retendering/renewing the contract.
  • Updating CRM on activity and opportunity progress.
  • Functional coordination with the International Account Manager to respect global agreement conditions.
  • Carrying out any other ad-hoc reasonable assignments from the management team from time to time.
  • Salary range between MYR4k-MYR4.5k + fixed transport allowances + incentive.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Diploma in any field.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, strong negotiation skills, and strong sales pipeline management skills; well versed in the sales tendering process.
  • Good verbal and written English.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience, with 2 years in B2B industry or service sales industry handling corporate customers.
