Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and extend customer relationships (West and East Malaysia), especially in the Telecommunication industry.
2. Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business to customize marketing strategy plans.
3. Implement and drive strategies to grow revenue from customers.
4. Manage day-to-day customer relationships.
5. Responsible for the acquisition of relevant new sales projects assigned by management.
6. Assist in collecting payments.
7. Collaborate with the technical team to establish, promote, and maintain the company brand image.
8. Collect and analyze all necessary data from customers as per requirements.
9. Perform any other job tasks as required.
