Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Account Manager who will play a critical role in driving our marketing strategies and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and marketing within the industrial or manufacturing sectors. This role is pivotal in managing key customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and contributing significantly to our marketing direction.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

1. Manage and Grow Key Accounts:
   1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with existing clients.
   2. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that optimize their filtration systems.
2. Customer Satisfaction:
   1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
   2. Address and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

Marketing Direction

1. Develop Marketing Strategies:
   1. Collaborate with the marketing team to build brand presence and generate high-quality leads.
   2. Focus on addressing customer pain points in all marketing communications.
2. Content Contribution:
   1. Provide insights for content creation, such as blogs and case studies, highlighting our expertise in filtration optimization.
3. Market Research:
   1. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
   2. Identify opportunities for growth and innovation in our product offerings.
4. Sales Strategy Development:
   1. Contribute to the formulation of sales strategies that align with company objectives.
   2. Assist in setting sales targets and forecasting.
5. Work closely with the production and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive overall performance.
7. Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff.

Business Development

Qualifications
