KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE/MANAGER

We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated sales talent to join our team and grow with us.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

1. Implement and execute sales plans to maximize sales revenue and capture market share from competitors.
2. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
3. Manage key accounts and drive business development initiatives.
4. Review business performance to identify brand risks and opportunities.
5. Maintain customer relationships, provide comprehensive solutions, and expand the business network.
6. Facilitate communication between the sales team and internal departments, including marketing, accounting, and logistics.

Requirements:

1. Beverage loving, passionate in beverage industry.
2. Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Food Science, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
3. Minimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience (preferably Food/beverage Service - B2B experience).
4. Strategic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, creative, and a team player.
5. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
7. Must possess a car and a valid driving license and be willing to travel.
