Key Account Executive (Client Management)

Located at Bangsar South, walking distance from Kerinchi LRT Station

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a close relationship with the existing customers by assisting them to use the logistic service.
• Monitor service quality performance to ensure meeting client's expectations.
• Attend to tickets from customers and coordinate with various internal cross-departments to resolve client's issues.
• Conduct regular visits with client's customers to understand their needs & feedback to fulfill the request.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on service delivered and data analysis to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in E-commerce, Account Management, or the Logistics industry.
• Detail-oriented for data analysis work.
• Possess good communication & problem-solving skills.
