WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

Sales and Profitability

  • To achieve monthly and annual sales turnover and profit as per target set and improve margin.
  • To seize sales opportunity at store level, achieve distribution target, and proactively propose plan to achieve deliverables results and change.
  • Enhance and grow the market share of YHS product categories.
  • Attain distribution targets and merchandising objectives for Must Sell SKUs (MSS) and desired shelf shares.
  • Optimize and effectively manage trade promotional funds to generate ROI and achieve a profitable sales mix.
  • Ensure perfect store execution via 5WS monitoring : product ranges (Must Sell SKUs), share of shelf, placement and instore visibility with clear target setting and milestones, monitor, review and continuous improvement to raise the bar for presence of YHS products at store level.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Lead, collaborate, and foster effective leadership and cross-functional relationships to create a superior internal customer experience.

People Management:

  • Supervise the activities of the sales team, including Sales Representatives and Merchandisers, to ensure effective business outcomes.
  • Assess regional sales development needs and ensure training requirements are identified, budgeted, and executed.
  • Train, coach, and lead the sales team, monitoring and reporting on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance.
  • Monitor sales performance rigorously and implement measures to address variances, continuously identifying areas for improved efficiency.
  • Conduct regular market visits and provide on-the-job coaching to the sales force.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commercial discipline or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in FMCG, preferable 3 years on Modern Trade Key Account Management experience.
  • Excellent skills in key account management and negotiation skill.
  • Strong ownership, customer focus and ROI driven mindset.
  • Knowledge in SAP and DMS is a plus.
