As the face of our brand, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to build lasting customer relationships, conduct dynamic product demos, and drive sales. You’ll be at the forefront, ensuring our products are beautifully showcased across retail locations, creating a standout in-store experience.

Minimum Requirements

2+ years of experience in promoting makeup brands, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in K-beauty.
Familiarity with key retail channels such as Watsons, Guardian, and beauty counters is essential.
Passionate about makeup trends and committed to providing exceptional customer engagement.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently conduct makeup demonstrations and educate customers on products.
Fluent in Mandarin and Malay to connect effectively with a diverse customer base.
Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to travel and visit retail locations regularly.

Role & Responsibilities

Product & Inventory Management

  • Coordinate product listings, pricing, and promotions for Watsons and Guardian.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability in retail stores.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams for timely stock replenishment.

Retail Execution & Visual Merchandising

  • Ensure products are displayed according to planograms and promotional themes.
  • Partner with the marketing team to align in-store displays with digital campaigns.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor product placement, gather customer feedback, and analyze competitor activity.

Promotions & Customer Engagement

  • Represent the brand as an ambassador by engaging with customers to introduce new products and drive sales.
  • Lead makeup demonstrations to highlight hero products and trending beauty looks.
  • Educate customers on product benefits and help them find the perfect shades.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve marketing and sales strategies.

Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Track sales performance and customer engagement data.
  • Provide insights on top-selling products and suggest promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize in-store execution.
