Responsibilities

• Ensure project work runs according to construction drawing and specification.
• Coordinate site work with Sub-Contractors to ensure the project runs smoothly.
• Raise material orders, receive materials, and follow up with suppliers on scheduled delivery.
• Ensure all materials received match the Delivery Order (DO) and Purchase Order (PO) descriptions.
• Plan material allocation upon delivery to reduce wastage and double handling.
• Check and follow up on defect work at the site.
• Work closely with the customer care department regarding defect work.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior or company.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to speak in Malay/English; Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Able to coordinate site works with minimal supervision.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Availability to perform construction site visits outside of business hours, when relevant.
• Willing to travel.
