We are urgently hiring for the following positions:

1. Junior / Senior Hairstylist

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment services to clients.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Stay updated on the latest hairstyling trends and techniques.

Requirements:

• Experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates with a passion for hairstyling are welcome.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle customer feedback positively.

2. Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist hairstylists in preparing clients, including washing, drying, and basic hair care tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of the salon, tools, and equipment.
• Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed (e.g., scheduling appointments).

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Friendly and approachable personality.
• Willing to learn and take on new tasks.

3. Shampoo Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Wash, condition, and prepare clients’ hair for styling or treatments.
• Ensure clients are comfortable and well taken care of during their visit.
• Keep shampooing stations clean and fully stocked.

Requirements:

• No experience needed; on-the-job training provided.
• Attention to detail and a professional attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary: From RM4,000 per month (based on experience)

We offer a competitive salary that reflects the skills and experience of the candidate. The final salary will be determined based on your qualifications, experience, and the responsibilities of the role.

Total Benefits Package: RM1,000 to RM4,000 (inclusive of commission, allowance, EPF, SOCSO, and bonus)

• Allowance: To be determined based on role and performance
• Bonus: Performance-based, annually
