Junior / Senior Account Executive

Senior Position Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Having construction background is preferred.

Junior Position Requirements

Senior Job Responsibilities

• Assists with the annual audit for the company, its subsidiary, and related companies.
• Assists and oversees the consolidated group result.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax consultants, and all related governmental agencies.
• Any other ad hoc assignments.

Junior Job Responsibilities

• To perform day-to-day accounting functions such as Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger & data entry of accounting system (AutoCount).
• Ensure all accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the system.
• Establish, maintain, and reconcile general ledger.
• Prepare for Income Statement and Balance Sheet for quarterly and yearly reviews.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
• Any other ad hoc assignments.
