Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing queries, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration across various channels.
  • Proactively understand client needs, offer consultation, and advise on our creative products and services.
  • Ensure timely project delivery and consistent communication with clients.
  • Follow up with potential leads and maintain ongoing engagement.

Market Research & Lead Generation

  • Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities, target markets, and industry trends.
  • Generate and qualify leads through online research, referrals, and industry networks.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that attract prospective clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to explore business prospects.

Sales Support

  • Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
  • Manage all inquiries from our entire sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and invoices to clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyzing data to optimize sales activities.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare regular reports on client feedback, sales performance, and sales activities.
  • Analyze business trends to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, preferably within a creative agency, video production, or related industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to travel for client engagements.
