Junior Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyors (QS) are construction professionals who manage costs and contracts for construction projects. They manage projects from start to finish, from design to construction.

As a QS, your core responsibilities include:

• Carefully estimating costs
• Calculating material requirements and planning project timelines
• Liaising closely with all teams to ensure the work runs smoothly

Responsibilities:

• Estimate costs, materials and project timelines
• Prepare contracts and tender documents
• Monitor construction costs and progress
• Ensure projects meet quality and legal standards
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and contractors

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least diploma, bachelor’s degree, professional degree in quantity survey or equivalent
• Possess own transport
• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8.00am to 5.00pm
• Entry-level position, 0-1 years of experience in a commercial or finance related role
