Junior Quality Executive/ Assistant

Job Responsibility

1. Assist Lead Auditor on yearly internal and/or external quality / ISO audit programs.

2. Assist Lead Auditor to coordinate yearly internal and/or external ESG certification programs.

3. Perform routine checks and initiatives to ensure facilities / premises conform to health and safety guidelines.

4. Perform checks at internal / external staging areas to ensure product quality inspection / checklist are met.

5. Strive for the effectiveness of the organizational quality management system.

6. Ensure QMS is consistent and aligned with the context and strategic direction of the organization / business.

7. Perform inspection procedures for incoming / outgoing goods in accordance with quality method and plan.

8. Maintain a system of records, and initiate action / closure for all internal / external NCR / CAP.

9. Strive to ensure all departments conform to proper business processes, and use of forms for continuous improvement in traceability, quality and customer excellence.

10. Work closely with project delivery departments to ensure quality deliverables and services are in line with business policies.

11. Work closely with project delivery departments to ensure technical records are documented, organized and safely kept for audit purposes / future traceability.

12. Work closely with operation department to ensure key vendor / supplier provides the best value, quality and services to the business.

13. Work closely with sales / marketing department to ensure continuous improvement of customer needs and feedback.

14. Work closely with relevant departments to achieve their yearly QMS key performance index.

Job Requirement/Qualification:

1. Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or Applied Science.

2. Well versed in MS Office.

3. Possess own transport/willing to travel.

4. Preferably fresh graduate or Junior Executive specialized in Quality Control / Assurance or equivalent.

5. Proficient in both English & Malay.

6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment/project cycle.

7. Able to work independently and as a team to achieve results.

8. Team-spirited, responsible, and initiative with a positive work attitude.

9. Strong attention to detail, open-minded, and adaptable.

4. Expected start date for role: 30 December 2024.

5. Expected salary: RM2,000 - RM2,300 per month.
