Job Description

Prepare and ensure timely submission of Contractors Monthly progress claim and sub-contractor’s certificate.
Conduct joint measurements to verify work completed by contractors and sub-contractors.
Assist the Contract Manager to prepare reports and variation orders.
Prepare final accounts of main contract and sub-contracts.
Implement cost control procedures.
Responsible for taking off quantities and calling for quotations.
Check quantity and advise purchaser on materials to be ordered.
Carry out other job assignments as required by the immediate superior.
Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.
Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Preferably a Manager specializing in Construction / Property or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English, Chinese, Mandarin, and Malay for both spoken and written.
