This is a hybrid working arrangement (work from home and co-sharing office, located at Klang, Selangor or Johor).

As a Junior Operations Executive, you will support daily operations through logistics coordination. You will collaborate with various teams to identify areas for improvement and ensure smooth workflow, making this an ideal opportunity for those looking to advance their career in operations.

Responsibilities/Job Purpose

• Creation of Operations Job Files:
• Export:
• Creation of Job files
• Prepare BL/AWB draft
• Prepare Manifest
• Prepare Shipping Note
• Prepare Booking Confirmation
• Upload documents
• Input sell and cost
• Post verified Payable Invoice/CN
• Update milestone (Eg. ATD & etc)
• Import:
• Creation of Job files
• Prepare Delivery Note
• Upload documents
• Input sell and cost
• Post verified Payable Invoice/CN
• Update milestone (Eg. ATA, POD & etc)
• Domestics/Rail:
• Creation of Job files
• Upload documents
• Input sell and cost
• Post verified Payable Invoice/CN
• Update milestone (Eg. ATA, POD & etc)
• Prepare operations report from Logisys

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Previous experience in operations or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
