What You’ll Do

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Work directly with the Head of Merchandising to analyze trends, sales performance, and inventory metrics, creating actionable reports to boost the division’s effectiveness and efficiency.
• Strategy Support: Support strategic initiatives by translating data insights into recommendations that inform merchandising decisions and drive business impact.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and develop innovative approaches to data use within the merchandising function.
• Collaborative Projects: Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure the merchandising team’s goals align with broader company objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• Actuarial Science Background: A degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Preferably with experience in Merchandising: Previous experience in a merchandising role will help you hit the ground running and contribute immediately.
• Detail-Oriented & Insightful: You’re someone who can dive deep into data, identify patterns, and think critically to draw valuable conclusions.
