About the role

What you'll be doing

• Hands-on experience in restaurant operations
• Analysing market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and improve service delivery
• Participating in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and policies
• Providing excellent customer service and support to our clients and guests
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
• Undertaking special projects and other duties as assigned by Management team

What we're looking for

• Good command in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a junior management or supervisory role within the hospitality or tourism industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues and customers
• Familiarity with restaurant management software and other relevant digital tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
