Description
A Junior Level Designer's role is to keep the player focused on moving through the game and achieving their goal or mission while reducing the potential for confusion. He translates game design elements into the game environment and integrates challenges into the game's progression.
Key Accountabilities
Junior Level Designer will be measured according to the metrics below, on a five (5) score rating scale:
- On-time delivery of project deliverables.
- Outcome delivered as per project specifications.
- Outcome delivered as per specifications consistently.
- Time spent on an outcome is within project or budgeted mandays.
- Successful application of new skills on a project which resulted in:
- New opportunities/upsell as a direct result of new capabilities
- Improved efficiency (time spent is less than budget)
- Improved quality - Improved efficiency of existing skills, when comparing before/after completion time which resulted in:
- Reduced frequency of repeat mistakes
- Improved efficiency (time spent is less than budget)
