Junior Legal Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Compliance with Companies Act 2016 and related rules and regulations.
2. To engage well with other stakeholders to drive statutory compliance.
3. The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Open to junior candidates, but prior experience in a law firm is required.
2. Candidates should be from Penang or Northern region (e.g., Kedah, Sungai Petani). Candidates from KL or far areas are not preferred.
3. LLB Degree holder with 3-5 years of relevant working experiences is preferred.
4. Analytical and meticulous with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.
5. Reliable and responsible.
6. Ability to work independently and handle challenges.
7. A team player.
8. Good command of both written and spoken English.
