Job Description:

Conveyancing Lawyer:

1. Responsible for liaising with clients, developers, bankers, and various government bodies.
2. Handle sub-sales, loan (including company loan), discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer, and other conveyancing matters.
3. Maintain and update file status on operating system.

Chambering Student:

1. Assist Master in handling files including conducting legal searches, preparing corporate agreements, and attending daily clerical work.
2. Be responsible and computer literate.
3. Demonstrate dedication to work.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
2. Able to work independently under minimum supervision (not applicable to Chambering Student position) and be meticulous.
3. Dedicated and responsible towards the job.
