Manage employee monthly overtime, leaves, claims, resignations, etc.
Process payroll for company clients every pay period.
Complete payroll reports for managerial review.
Answer client questions about wages, deductions, and matters related to payroll.
Manage and make payments from statutory contributions, e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and ZAKAT.
Check and submit documents for Employer Registration of EPF and PERKESO.
Liaise with clients regarding HR matters.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate, Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
