Junior HR Executive (Bayan Lepas, Penang)

Roles, Responsibility And Authority

1. Maintain and manage the Company’s HRMS, update employee database, manage leave and attendance, payroll functions and assist in generating relevant reports as required.
2. To do a proper follow-up on updating missing or absent attendance on daily basis.
3. Responsible to conduct candidate searching, screening and selection process along with documentation.
4. Manage the on-boarding process by integrating a new employee into the organization and culture from providing induction.
5. Manage the off-boarding process of staff resignation ranges and conduct exit interviews.
6. Prepare monthly payroll and ensure that HR data related to salary records are correct.
7. To perform monthly statutory submissions to government authorities (LHDN, KWSP, SOSCO, EIS) and ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to at all times.
8. Attend to all employees’ queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.
9. Manage and update staff insurance, payment requests, claims submissions, and follow up.
10. Assist to organize employee engagement activities.
11. Administer and coordinate various in-house and external learning and development programs.

Qualification And Experience

1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, a professional degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
2. Prefer with 1 year of working experience in a similar position or industry.
3. Possess a good working attitude, independent and able to work as a team.
4. Have strong organizational skills, able to do presentations and conduct research.
5. Ability to multi-task, meticulous and analytical.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Familiar with the HRIS system.
