Job description
Responsibilities
Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
Coordinate in the performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual evaluations).
Maintain employee records (attendance, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues.
Review current HR technology and recommend effective software.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
Requirements
Proven experience as HR executive, administrator or other HR position.
Knowledge of HR functions (pay and benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).
Familiarity of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
Excellent in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
Good ethics and reliability.
Possess at least a Degree in business administration, social studies or relevant field will be a plus.
