What you'll be doing

• Participate in full spectrum of the recruitment and hiring process
• Maintain and update employee records and databases
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Assist in payroll administration such as OT checking/leave application/letter drafting/exit procedure when necessary and filling to ensure employee profile on track
• Assist with the coordination of HR-related events and activities
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (Mandarin speaker to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking affiliates)
