Junior Graphic Designer - Shah Alam

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, ads, and presentations.
• Assist in creating print materials like brochures, banners, posters, and packaging, ensuring brand consistency.
• Develop and maintain templates for recurring content and communications.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the team on multi-channel design projects.

Multimedia & Motion Design:

• Create animations and motion graphics for digital campaigns.
• Edit and enhance video content for promotions, tutorials, or events.
• Stay updated on new design techniques to keep content fresh and innovative.

Brand Identity Management:

• Ensure consistency in the company’s visual identity across all platforms.
• Assist in organizing and updating design assets to reflect brand growth.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to deliver designs that align with project goals.
• Support senior designers in high-priority projects, ensuring timely execution.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
• Strong artistic and visual communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong time management skills, handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
• Able to work in Shah Alam, Hicom Glenmarie.
• Able to work 5.5 days per week.
