To support the business in planning the new facility setup or expansion project within the agreed completion lead-time with customer.
To lead and organize contractors coordination meeting prior to the kick off of any facility new setup/ expansion to ensure smooth flow of facility setup project.
To support the business by assessing the risk level of new project setup/ expansion project
To support the business in maintaining the well being of facility and ensure zero downtime of facility & equipment operations.
To work closely with the Subject Matter Experts for smooth flow of new facility setup based on the program schedule.
To maintain close contact with the department heads and the staff to anticipate potential problems to meet the requests of customers and be pro-active to any changes
To work with the facility contractors to ensure works carried out meet company’s expectation.
To work with respective department heads to understand the hazards or aspects associated with the operations and take the necessary actions for continuous improvement.
To facilitate the external risk assessor audit on the facility and take immediate actions on the area of improvement recommended.
Requirements for this position:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Civil or Electronics
Minimum 2 Years of experience in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance and New Project Implementation
Must be able to manage multi-facility set up and management
