JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - LOGISTIC & ADMINISTRATOR

Cell Tissue Technology is seeking a dedicated individual to join our administration and logistics team. If you are skilled in document management and logistics operations, this is a great opportunity for you!

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage office documents, correspondence, and file records.
2. Assist with company license applications and maintain office inventory.
3. Oversee office security, including CCTV monitoring.
4. Work with the marketing team to ensure smooth order processing for e-commerce platforms.
5. Coordinate with courier services and manage product deliveries.
6. Ensure timely payments of utility bills and support the finance department with necessary documents.
7. Maintain accurate records of assets and product movements.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Office Facilities Administration or Logistics Management or any related fields.
2. Experience in administration and logistics is an advantage.
3. Able to work independently and follow instructions effectively.
