Job description


Job Purpose: To support the Human Resources department by assisting in recruitment processes and providing efficient administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Priority will be given to candidates with experience working in private international schools.


Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment Support:
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Prepare interview materials and coordinate assessment arrangements.
• Maintain an updated database of applicants and recruitment records.
• Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring completion of all required documentation and orientation processes.

HR Administration:
• Prepare and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with the preparation of HR-related letters, such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and employment contracts.
• Support the leave management process and ensure accurate leave records.
• Coordinate medical claims, attendance tracking, and other employee welfare matters.
General Administration:
• Provide administrative support for HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
• Handle inquiries from employees and provide timely assistance.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures documentation.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of HR documents, both digital and physical.
Compliance & Reporting:
• Assist in the preparation of reports related to recruitment, employee records, and HR metrics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Support audits and inspections by providing necessary HR documentation.

Key Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
