Junior Executive/ Executive - Procurement

• To prepare forecast order of raw materials purchase based on latest production plan.
• Liaise with HQ on pricing, quantity contracted, etc.
• Ensure supplier sustainability.
• Monitor raw material delivery schedule.
• Ensure raw material warehousing availability and monitoring.
• Negotiate raw material prices, evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
• Follow up on customer complaints.
• Visit suppliers and inspect verification processes.
• Determine selection, evaluation, and re-evaluation criteria for suppliers.
• Review all related documents periodically.
• Prepare reports.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduate, preferably with a Degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or other related Engineering disciplines will be considered.
• Or, Other Degree fields e.g., Economics, Supply Chain, Business Management with 2 to 3 years' experience in Procurement within the manufacturing sector.
• Result-oriented, strong follow-up, and good negotiation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good report writing skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and with minimal supervision.
