As a Junior Embryologist, you will assist with ART laboratory procedures, handle inquiries, and maintain quality assurance to ensure efficient operations and excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and support daily embryology procedures.
• Manage resources to ensure smooth operations and productivity.
• Provide safe and high-quality embryological care.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and risk management.
• Guide and support junior staff and new team members.

Requirements

• BSc in Biosciences, Biomedical Science, Microbiology or equivalent. A Master in Science will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a passion for IVF are welcome to apply. Candidates with working experience in Fertility/IVF centres have an added advantage.
• Knowledge of ART procedures and quality standards.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail.
