Overview:
The Junior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the electrical engineering aspects of various projects. Working closely with senior engineers and project managers, you will contribute to the planning, design, implementation, and monitoring of electrical systems to ensure project success and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of electrical engineering projects, including power distribution, lighting, control systems, and equipment specifications.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and schedules, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against milestones.
• Create technical drawings and reports for electrical systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct site surveys, inspections, and evaluations to assess existing systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating project progress and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other project components.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Registration with MBOT as a Graduate Technologist or BEM as a Graduate Engineer is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, theories, and concepts.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
