About the role

Tara Vision Resources Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketing professional to join our growing team. This is an exciting full-time opportunity based in Pelangi Johor, where you will play a crucial role in driving the company's digital marketing strategies and initiatives.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and email marketing.
2. Social Media Posting – Create and schedule posts on social platforms. Manage and update ideas for regular content and advertising content calendar (brainstorming and organizing ideas for TikTok, 小红书, Instagram posts & stories, and YouTube).
3. Analyse website performance and user data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
4. Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, to enhance the company's online presence.
5. Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive and integrated digital marketing strategy.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the digital marketing landscape.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and tactics.
3. Proficient in using digital marketing tools, platforms, and social media platforms.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
5. Strong creativity and the ability to develop engaging and visually appealing content.
6. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
7. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
