Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Developer (L3 Support) with experience in AS400 and DevOps to join our Core Banking - L3 Support team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in RPG or COBOL 400 development, experience in AS400 application onboarding to DevOps, and knowledge of CI/CD processes. This role requires troubleshooting AS400 applications, supporting production systems, and implementing DevOps automation for AS400 environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide L3 support for AS400 Core Banking applications, ensuring system stability and issue resolution.
2. Onboard AS400 applications to DevOps, automating deployments and improving CI/CD pipelines.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, collaborating with L1 and L2 support teams.
4. Develop and maintain RPG or COBOL 400 programs in AS400 environments.
5. Use ARCAD for version control and change management.
6. Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines for AS400 applications.
7. Ensure compliance with banking security policies and best practices.
8. Document troubleshooting steps, system changes, and operational procedures.

Technical Skills & ExperienceMandatory:

1. Strong experience in L3 production support for AS400 applications.
2. Proficiency in RPG or COBOL 400 for AS400 development and troubleshooting.
3. Hands-on experience with AS400 application onboarding to DevOps.
4. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with DevOps processes.
5. Experience working with ARCAD for version control and change management.

Good-to-Have:

1. Experience with ALDON for automated software deployment in AS400 environments.
2. Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git, or similar CI/CD tools.
3. Familiarity with banking operations and compliance requirements for AS400 systems.

Soft Skills:

1. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
2. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced banking environment.
3. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
