Job Description:

1. Collaborate with senior developers to design, code, test, and implement software applications related to banking and risk management.
2. Assist in integrating various banking systems and risk management tools, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
3. Work with large datasets to support risk analysis and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
4. Identify and resolve software issues and bugs in existing applications, providing technical support to end users.
5. Maintain clear documentation for code, systems, and processes to ensure compliance and facilitate knowledge sharing.
6. Stay updated on digital banking trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and contribute to projects.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
2. Some familiarity with digital banking products, services, and user experiences principles.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, XML.
4. Basic knowledge of SQL and database management.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
7. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications:
Internship or project experience related to digital banking, fintech, or software development.
