Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Developer (L2, 3-5 years) to support Core Banking - REM systems, focusing on local and bill payments. The role requires RPG programming skills to manage low-value, real-time payments and cross-border payments in the AS400/DB2 environment. Experience with DevOps practices, ALDON (for automation of software deployment on AS400), and ARCAD is beneficial. The developer will also be involved in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain local low-value & real-time payment systems.

• Implement cross-border payment solutions within the Core Banking REM platform.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability.

• Work with AS400 and DB2 to integrate and optimize payment systems.

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders for payment-related system enhancements.

Must-Have Skills:

• RPG programming for AS400 systems.

• Experience with local low-value & real-time payments and cross-border payments.

• Strong understanding of AS400 and DB2 environments.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with DevOps practices.

• Experience with ALDON for automation of software deployment on AS400.

• Knowledge of ARCAD for deployment management.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Core Banking (specifically in REM and payments).
