Junior Deskside Support

Job Responsibilities:

1. PC / Mobile device service support, familiar in using Android and iOS.
2. Installation and support of desktop/mobile applications (Android & iOS), including MS Office products (Outlook, Teams, MS Authenticator, etc.).
3. Answer user queries about the above-mentioned applications.

Job Requirements:

1. High Diploma holder in Computer Studies or related disciplines.
2. Great communication skills in Chinese.
3. Self-initiative and not afraid to ask questions.
4. Experience in Office 365, especially Outlook and enterprise MS mobile apps setup.
