Junior Coordinator - SCM (Temporary: Jan 2025 to Mar 2025)

We are a global manufacturer specializing in optical inspection, measurement and automated handling equipment for front-end and back-end of Semiconductor industry processes.

In line with our business expansion, we are currently seeking a motivated candidate to fill the vacancy of Temporary Junior Coordinator—SCM (Based in Shah Alam).

Responsibilities:

• To assist in daily operation work of Supply Chain Management including PO process, arrangement of inbound & outbound shipments.
• Inventory check and count.
• To ensure accurate data entry, filing, sorting & distribution of all relevant documentation.
• Expediting order delivery from vendors, ensuring timely delivery to meet customer’s order.
• Plan and track shipments in accordance with customer requirements. Preparation of shipping documentation and to comply per company SOP & policy as well as compliance to import/export regulation requirements.
• Liaison with forwarders and customers on shipping arrangements & issuing of shipping instructions. And to provide shipping advice to consignee & inter-departmental / BU.
• Understanding of Incoterms 2020 in working operations.
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Business Studies only.
• Candidate with working experience in Supply Chain Management is with an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work under pressure, teamwork, a pleasant personality with a customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
• Able to communicate & interact well with external & internal parties.
