Job Description:

1. JUNIOR CONVEYANCING LAWYER
   • Handle all conveyancing works.
   • Draft agreements including SPA and LOANS.
   • Liaise with agents, banks, developers.
   • Handle bank documentation.
   • Travel between branch offices.
2. JUNIOR CONVEYANCING CLERK
   • Assist lawyers to prepare and handle all related conveyancing matters and bank documents.
   • Compile and file documents.
3. CHAMBERING STUDENT/ PUPILLAGE
   • Assist and support partner/associate.
   • Handle corporate and conveyancing matters.
   • Conduct legal research, draft letters, assist in legal due diligence, and issue correspondence.
   • Assist with clerical/administrative tasks and any other matters pertaining to the day-to-day running of the office.
   • Prepare legal documents in relation to projects, conveyancing, loan, subsale, and perfection.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. JUNIOR CONVEYANCING LAWYER
   - 1-2 years’ experience in conveyancing portfolio.
   - Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
   - Proactive with a good and positive attitude.
   - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
   - Well organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
   - Freshly called to the Bar Lawyers are welcomed to apply.
   - Possess teamwork qualities.
   - Willing to travel between branch offices.
2. JUNIOR CONVEYANCING CLERK
   - Experienced in property transactions, banking, and loan documents.
   - Familiar with e-stamping, e-searches, and bank’s portal.
   - Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken); computer literate.
   - Fresh graduates or SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
3. CHAMBERING STUDENT/ PUPILLAGE
   - Good interpersonal and communication skills.
   - Able to draft proficiently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
   - Have a law degree and has passed the CLP examination or has completed the UK Bar Course.
