Junior Art Director Full Time

The new role:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
2. Set sales goals and performance benchmarks, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
3. Collaborate with the Strategic Business Director to ensure sales initiatives support company-wide goals.
4. Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
5. Lead new client acquisition efforts, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
6. Negotiate and close contracts that align with business and financial targets.
7. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and expand networks.
8. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives.
9. Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous coaching and professional development.
10. Ensure team activities align with company goals and that individual targets are met.
11. Work closely with marketing teams to drive lead generation and develop sales-support materials.
12. Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and forecasts to the executive team.
13. Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. A Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage.
2. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the IT, cloud services, or data center industry.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
4. Experience managing high-level client relationships and negotiating large-scale contracts.
5. Proven leadership and team management abilities. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Strategic mindset with a strong business acumen.
7. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
8. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales technologies.
