Responsibilities:

• Creative Support: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns and projects across various platforms, including FB, IG, WeChat, and XHS.
• Department Communication: Proactively approach and collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive communication and alignment of creative vision.
• Design Production: Juggle design work for all in-house brands, including upstream products & services and downstream FMCG brands, such as TGVY (https://www.thegreenvalley.co/) and MOOSAN Durian Club (https://web.moosan.club/en-my).
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve creative outputs.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design techniques to keep our creative strategies innovative.
• Professional Development: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the role, with opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Junior Art Director, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative skills and design expertise.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
• Understand & able to communicate in Mandarin will be a plus too.
