Your Responsibilities

1. 2nd level support of various applications (main: Salesforce)
2. Incident reporting and analysis
3. Collaborate with Application Specialist for technical improvement opportunities
4. Investigate, resolve and/or escalate tickets reported to the 2nd level
5. Achieve a high 2nd level resolution rate with adequate documentation
6. Comply with procedures, segregation of duties, and service levels
7. Contribute to knowledge management
8. Investigate, resolve, and/or escalate all tickets related to entrusted applications (business and process related)
9. Act as ticket owner and maintain high-quality communication with the business
10. Assessment of the incident/service request
11. Cooperate and communicate with 2nd level support if needed
12. Perform other activities provided by your Team Lead

Your Competencies

1. 1+ year experience in supporting areas like: Salesforce, CPQ, CRMs
2. Salesforce Admin out-of-the-box functionality
3. Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
4. Basic knowledge of Sales Cloud
5. Basic knowledge of ERP integration (e.g., Mulesoft)
6. Basic knowledge of Confluence and Jira
7. Basic understanding of SAP
8. Good working manner with Incidents and Tasks
9. Knowledge of ITIL will be an advantage
