Job Title: Junior Analyst, Fuel Efficiency
Reports To: Senior Analyst, Fuel Efficiency
Role Purpose: Responsible to work and assist Senior Analyst on data analytics and insights to innovate and report fuel efficiency programme functions for 3 AOCs (MH, FY and MW) to support Manager, Fuel Efficiency with the appropriate KPI.
Key Accountability
- To work with and assist Senior Analyst, Fuel Efficiency to analyse and report all airline PCs (MH, FY and MW) fuel efficiency data and CO2 emissions to Manager, Fuel Efficiency.
- To work with and assist Senior Analyst, Fuel Efficiency to identify gaps in fuel efficiency programme for Manager, Fuel Efficiency and other business units when required.
- To ensure data integrity and availability fit for analysis.
- To prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports on fuel efficiency incremental annual cost savings, cost avoidance and CO2 emissions to Manager, Fuel Efficiency.
- To assist and manage administrative documents, reports and contracts are in order for Fuel Management.
- To assist any internal and external meetings preparations for Fuel Management.
Qualifications & Working Experience: Degree or Diploma in Engineering, IT, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Operations Analysis or any related field with more than 3 years working experience in the airlines industry, with knowledge in fuel operations, process efficiencies and general airlines operations.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Good analytical and insights skills.
- Capable of multi-tasking and office administration.
- Competent IT related skills, comfortable with numbers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
