JUNIOR AI RESEARCHER

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

1. Participate in the research and development of AI projects or products.
2. Handle data collection, preprocessing, building and evaluation of AI solutions.
3. Assist team members with the implementation of research projects.
4. Clearly and concisely present research results and propose optimization solutions.
5. Stay current with the latest AI technologies and apply them to projects or products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Econometrics, or a related field.
2. Strong foundation in mathematics, including Linear algebra, probability and statistics, discrete mathematics.
3. Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
4. Understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time series) and deep learning.
5. Knowledge of causal inference, knowledge representation and reasoning, and game theory.
6. Ability to read and implement scientific research papers on AI.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Good communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly.
9. Ability to read and understand technical English documents.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Ability to select appropriate solutions for solving current problems, rather than focusing solely on the latest technology.
2. Experience with AI-related projects, including graduation projects and programming contests, especially in NLP, Speech Processing and Data Analysis.
3. Experience using data visualization tools.
4. Familiarity with popular AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLTK, Scikit-learn.
