Junior Agronomist

Responsibilities:

1. Routine checking of crops' health and soil and other issues for survival/improvement.
2. Planning crop pest and disease control in farm.
3. Inspect field job completion.
4. Cooperate and coordinate with the Farm Manager and Farm Supervisor.
5. Data processing and analysis.

Job Requirements:

1. Preferably graduates with degree in agriculture/agronomy background.
2. Able to write and speak EN & BM.
3. Willing to work in the fields (stay in fields few nights per week).
4. Have basic ability to identify pests and diseases and plant fertilizer deficiency.
5. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
6. Basic analysis skill in Microsoft Excel and GIS.
7. Presentation skill.
8. Able to work as a team.
