About the Job:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of microservices using Java Spring Boot.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with the team to architect scalable, efficient, and secure solutions.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact in customer-facing interactions, including presenting solutions and addressing technical queries.
• Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor and support the development team in resolving technical challenges.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation.

Must Have Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Java Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Proven track record of leading development teams or projects.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous processing, and system integrations.
• Experience with solution architecture, including designing and documenting technical solutions.
• Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Nice to Have Requirements:

• Experience with frontend technologies, especially Vue.js.
• Knowledge of Python for scripting or additional solution components.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
